A CRYSTAL CONSPIRACY

A gifted boy arrives in Scott Patterson's life, only to disappear just as quickly, leaving confusion and intense anxiety in his wake. Calling on an old friend for some very special magical items, he is informed of an imminent and unique planetary alignment which a demon king plans on using to gain entry to the Earth realm. With the assistance of an open minded private investigator and a coven that is eager to assist him, Scott must try to lure the demon king into a negotiation in a protected space and hopefully delay him long enough for the coven to attempt an unprecedented joining of energy worldwide. The wildcard is the young boy and his loyalty is in serious doubt.

Instead of the anticipated meeting, Scott is dragged through a portal and set down on a rocky, barren planet where he stands alone and surrounded by an enormous demon army, with only an obsidian sword for protection. Archangel Micheal and a small band of angels arrives, just as panic is about to overwhelm Scott, to counter the impossible odds. Barely holding their own against mounting numbers, defeat is inevitable. In a selfless act, Scott pushes aside an angel about to be impaled and takes the barb himself. His last recollection, before waking up in a sterile hospital room, is the thundering blast of a trumpet and the sky above filled with the entire army of Heaven. It is only then that the realization dawns his actions may well have ushered in the End Times.

Note: This presentation is approximately 2 hours long, with a short break on the hour. The story itself is one in a collection of five centered around a character known as "The Guardian of Principles", an office held by a single soul, chosen every third generation, to restore the balance of Universal Principles when magic and sorcery are involved.
